Darci made it very, very easy to explain my exact situation and what I needed to accomplish. She made very smart recommendations on how best to attack this refi effort for optimal results. She took my unnecessary emotional responses and guided me with the right pause, when necessary, and with the right and kind push when needed. She was and is really wonderful to work with and deserves every bit of praise from me. Ultimately, I gave her an impossible task to close my refi’s before a designated date that was about 30 days before the actual due date. With the help of others in the office like Rebecca and Darin, they were able to make necessary arrangements to expedite my refi’s and meet my ridiculous demands.
