Everett helped us refinanced our home, incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He did an excellent job! He is very super nice guy, easy to talk to, very friendly, responsible and always accommodating us. I called other Mortgage Company and most of the Loan Office not as friendly and helpful as Everett. As interest rates are getting lower nowadays I decided to search out refinancing options for my current loan. I contacted Everett from Smart Money and he was very quick in responding all of my questions that I had. Everett really took his time to help to explain all the details regarding the refinance loan and whatever that I did not understood, (which was quite a lot) Everett walked me through every step of the way to ensure that I knew exactly what I was doing. Bottom line is that Everett’s customer service was superb! He was even helping me out on his days off to ensure that I gathered the correct documentations for my loan request.
