Ian is the Process Manager and a Loan Officer at Smart Money Inc. In addition to helping his clients with refinance and purchase transactions, he also helps his fellow loan officers with their side of the process and manages our admin team. This mainly consists of tracking the progress of everyone’s loans and making sure they are moving along in a timely manner. Ian has been an employee of Smart Money Inc. for over 5 years, since moving to O’ahu from Las Vegas. Born and raised on Maui, he moved to Vegas to attend UNLV and it’s where he met his fiancé, with whom he has a beautiful baby girl!  He works efficiently to make the entire process as simple and stress-free as possible for his co-workers, and more importantly his clients. You can expect 100% transparency and no horror stories or surprises. He is an avid MMA fan who loves video games and going out to eat, especially ramen!
