We closed on our refinance a few weeks ago and worked with Devan K. over at Smart Money Hawaii. I had never gone through the refinance process before, so naturally I had questions for everything. When making financial decisions like this, I need to be able to understand the details. Devan was flawless. He responded quickly to text messages and calls I made. He was able to answer every question I had and if he didn’t have an answer he did the research to figure it out. I appreciate his patience with me throughout the process and applaud his professionalism. I am currently assisting my in-laws with a refinance they started with another lender (they had already started the process before I could recommend Smart Money), and the communication is poor, waiting days for a response, calls not getting returned, etc. Makes me appreciate the stress-free process I was able to go through with Devan at Smart Money.
